Just a train ride out of the city for a couple of hours can make you feel refresh and grounded. Re-connect with nature brings things into perspective, stress may even vanish and what felt important in the city, is almost like water under the bridge.

I have been using herbs for healing and for feeling good . My kids clung on to this. Their favourite night cap is chamomile, with or without a spoon full of Manouka honey. This little flower has calming properties making it the best bed time tea.
When I feel bloated after a heavy meal or a stressful day, I like to sip on a blend of chamomile, celery seeds and cumin with a dash of cinnamon.I recommend this heartfully warming and soothing herbal tea blend!
