7 Benefits of Yoga with Yuki Matsui
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of yoga styles. A fitness that reconnects our mind, body and soul, we like to take it outdoors, feel the wind, the sun, smell the nature, harmonize with our surroundings.
Yoga for fitness and health incorporated into daily schedules worldwide. There’s definitely a trend looming, all founded on good reasons. Yoga has a multitude of benefits such as:

I had a heart to heart talk with yoga instructor Yuki Matsui. Yuki has been teaching yoga for over five years. A pursuer of truth, nature and goodness she created MADEYoga based on her principles after competing in various dance competitions.
I asked Yuki which postures are her favourites.
This pose called hanumanasana aka monkey pose.
Stretches the thighs, hamstrings, groins. Stimulates the abdominal organs. Relieves tired legs and improves digestion.
Urdhva Dhanurasana aka wheel pose, for chest opening and back bending. It strengthens your arms, wrists, abdomen, legs, shoulders and chest, so expect smooth, toned muscles.
Kapotasana aka pigeon pose, posture for back bending and chest opening, enhancing the oxygen intake and the blood circulation, eliminating toxins.
It has a whole lot of benefits and also gives your body a good stretch.
Sukasana for méditation
Always a good way to end a yoga session or to re align your chakras when you feel out of balance.
All these postures are a bit crazy pose which I do for my practice so I don’t really teach at the rooftop sesh!
