How to make hummus quick & easy

I usually have it on a toast for breakfast with avocado, tomato or some ham, or serve it for snacks when having guests over for a dinner party. It’s very easy and quick to make. I like knowing what I eat and use organic ingredients when possible.

Here’s how to make the best hummus, quick and easy.

Mix a jar of organic chickpeas with:

  • juice of one organic lemon
  • one big Tbsp of Tahini
  • salt and pepper
  • one crushed garlic clove
  • 1/4cup of sesame seeds
  • 10-20ml of water (makes it smoother-creamier)

Suggestions: eat as a spread with tomato and salmon, as a dip with non salted tortilla chips, carrot and cucumber sticks…

This is a good way to make kids eat healthy and nutritious. My kids love this recipe!
