Learning how to grow your own food, is not only the way to self-sufficiency, but it is immensely satisfying. A kind of healing practice any life coach should recommend to every client. It’s going to the basics. To nutrition, food, life. Seeing your seeds sprout and grow into something pretty and edible brings smiles on faces. So lets get our hands dirty.

Tokyo is a place of inspiration, a pot full of energy. Unfortunately there is often a lack of space in homes and sometimes when we think  of gardens. We remember the homes we grew up in where we had ‘real’ gardens. Another thing we learn in this city, is to chance perspective.  We are going vertical today!

BALCONY & VERTICAL GARDENING:

You will be learning:

1/  How to transform your balcony into a healthy food source

2/How to create a balcony garden, a raised garden, and a 1-square-meter garden.

3/How to grow food on walls and other vertical spaces

4/Smart recycling: How to build a PET bottle fence garden

5/How to build pipe, frame and suspended gardens.
