Tokyo dinner – Farm to Table with private Chef

You are invited to a private dinner party from Farm to Table
prepared by amazing Chef, fishing man, hunter and seeker of the good and organic, locally grown produce, SHOTA KAWAI.
A private dinner for prevailers of the good and slow living collecting memories. A dinner with carefully sourced ingredients, from farm to table, organic, preservative free, sustainably farmed and prepared for you.
The evening will begin with aperitivo during the screening of a short documentary by PATAGONIA PROVISIONS on the issues farmers are facing in terms of mass production, pesticide use and why they turned to old fashioned ways for us, for them, for the environment.
Followed a seated dinner with three delicious courses served with wine. Maybe some fruit or dessert and certainly a lot of good conversation.
