Autumn is here and I feel like comfort food, using these juicy fruit to make some nice treats for my kids and husband. Today I made a quick compote, fruit puree, which they all love at home. Adding a bit of vanilla, which has natural anti-oxydent properties, is uplifting and relaxing. Wonderful nature!
PLUM-VANILLA and PEAR-PEACH
wash and chop fruit – boil in pan with a little water, sugar, vanilla if you like until smooth
make your own muesli – eat with yoghurt and oats hot or cold
